Dear Holly,
My sisters and I are going to surprise our mother for her 82nd birthday with a cruise next April. None of us has ever gone on a cruise before and I am in charge of researching for the trip. Any suggestions?
Holly's Response
When planning for a large family cruise, why not check in with a travel agency that specializes in cruises. Depending on the size of your party, there may be some special discount options for you. There can be special arrangements made on board to have private parties or receptions. Having cruised quite a bit, I know your mother will love the experience. Making sure you trip insurance for everyone making the trip, would insure that even with a health issue preventing the trip, it could be taken at another time. Half the fun of a trip is looking over the vacation brochures and dreaming of the places you'll see!
